1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and mae33 ("Company"). These Terms govern the use of the website, mobile application, software, and all services offered by mae33 (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using this Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any changes are made to these Terms will be considered as acceptance of those changes.

2 User Eligibility

To register and use the mae33 Platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old at the time of registration and throughout continued use of the Platform;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement;
• Not fall within any category of persons prohibited by local or international law from participating in online gambling activities;
• Act on your own behalf and not as a proxy or agent for any other party;
• Take full responsibility for ensuring that your use of this Platform complies with the laws applicable in your country or region.

mae33 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from users at any time. Accounts found to be owned by individuals under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all account balances will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one account on the mae33 Platform. Holding more than one account is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated balances or winnings.

During the registration process, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile phone number;
• Update your personal information whenever any changes occur;
• Keep your account password confidential and not share it with any other party;
• Notify mae33 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

mae33 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

The mae33 Platform accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH. All deposit methods are subject to a minimum amount of RM50 per transaction.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the name of the account holder;
• Using another person's account or a third-party payment method is strictly prohibited;
• mae33 does not charge processing fees on deposits, however payment providers may apply their own charges;
• Deposited funds will be credited to the user's account upon successful transaction verification.

mae33 reserves the right to reject or suspend any deposit suspected of involving illegal activity or non-compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) policies. In such cases, the user may be required to submit supporting documents for verification purposes.

5 Withdrawals

Users may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or another method registered and verified in the user's name;
• All wagering requirements associated with a bonus must be completed before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn;
• The withdrawal processing period is typically within one hour after successful verification.

mae33 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal for compliance review or identity verification purposes. Users are required to cooperate fully with any document requests submitted by our compliance team.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

mae33 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users. Each bonus is subject to specific terms applicable at the time the offer is made. The general conditions for all bonuses are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus: First deposit bonus of 120% up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount received. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM120 with a balance of RM220, and the wagering requirement is RM2,400;
• Bonuses may only be used within the mae33 platform and cannot be transferred;
• mae33 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Attempts to misuse any bonus offer through dishonest means will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account closure;
• Winnings obtained from the use of bonus funds are subject to the withdrawal limits set out in the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion.

7 Game Rules

All games available on the mae33 platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting, and sportsbook, are subject to their respective game rules as set by the relevant game providers.

• Users are fully responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet;
• Game results are final and cannot be disputed, except in cases involving proven technical failures;
• If a technical failure occurs during a game session, mae33 reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund the bet amount to the user;
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is determined by the game provider and this information can be found via the help button within the relevant game.

8 Prohibited and Restricted Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mae33 platform:

• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to automate gameplay or betting;
• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities;
• Money laundering or use of the platform for illegal purposes;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage (collusion);
• Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information;
• Any action that could compromise the integrity, security, or performance of the platform.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in permanent suspension or closure of the account, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and legal action where necessary.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the mae33 customer support team via live chat or email. Any remaining balance (after fulfilling all relevant wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.

mae33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document;
• Confirmation that the user does not meet the eligibility requirements;
• The user is on a self-exclusion list or enrolled in a responsible gambling protection programme;
• Legal compliance requirements or instructions from the relevant authorities.

10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

mae33 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or through a notice displayed on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms take effect will be deemed as the user's acceptance of the amended terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure they remain aware of any changes that have been made.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, mae33 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

mae33 makes no warranty that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors. Users acknowledge that use of the platform is at their own risk. The platform is provided "as is" without any warranty, whether express or implied.

mae33's total liability to users in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform will not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding that claim.

12 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The mae33 platform operates under international licensing. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the relevant international arbitration rules.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful under any applicable law, the validity, enforceability, and legality of the remaining provisions will not be affected in any way.
